How long will my order take?
Creation time varies by the product and procedures used in creating a gift exactly how you want it, this takes into account approval of design/artwork, and the complexity of personalisation. Estimates of production times are provided below:
- Standard Orders: 3-5 working days
- Engraved Products: 5-10 working days
- Photo Engraved Products: 10-15 working days
The above turnaround times are estimates only. Peak periods of Christmas, Mother’s Day & Father’s Day may incur longer times due to increase orders around this time.
Please let us know if you need your order urgently and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. In most cases we can.
Delivery Costs
Abbeys Lasered Gifts has a flat rate shipping cost of $10.00 within Australia. All orders are sent by Australia Post and Tracking is included with every order. We also offer an express post option for $15.00. Additional Insurance can also be purchased for an additional $5.00.
Currently we only deliver within Australia. YES, we are able to ship to PO Boxes.
Delivery Times
Delivery times once your order has been dispatched depend on delivery location (i.e. West Australia VS Sydney or Metro vs Regional). We will contact you once your order has been sent with your tracking number and an estimated delivery time.
Currently Australia Post are seeing a huge increase in volume as more people are shopping online, which is impacting their network. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient? Will they know it’s from me?
If you'd like to send your gift directly to the recipient, you can add their address as the delivery address in the checkout, and we'll post the item to their house.
All of our orders are sent with a delivery note inside your parcel, and we are very happy to add a gift message.
The delivery note is printed with the contents of the parcel, the recipient’s details, and the sender’s details. Prices are not disclosed in the delivery note.
All our products are delivered gift boxed/wrapped.
