Abbeys Lasered Gifts is immensely proud of our customer service.

We work personally with you from the time you place your order right through to making sure that the finished product is exactly how you want it. After you place your order we will provide you with a preview of your product to review, we offer unlimited changes and we don’t start the engraving process until you are 100% happy with, and approve the design.

As all of our products are personalised, we unfortunately are unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake after you have approved a design preview, so please make sure that you check all the details carefully, particularly names and dates. We will gladly offer a refund or a replacement if the mistake was made by us.

 My order arrived and it’s damaged

There is nothing worse than waiting for a package to arrive, only to find it has been damaged!     

We take care to make sure that all orders are packed to avoid damage during delivery, however if your order does arrive damaged please contact us on 0414889761 or use our Contact Us form and let us know. Please take a picture showing the damage immediately and send it through to us and we will organise to get a replacement sent out to you as s oon as possible.   

Cancelling an order

We also understand that there are times when you order a product and then change your mind.  If you have recently placed an order and changed your mind, please contact us immediately on 0414889761 and let us know so we can organise a refund for you. Regrettably, as our products are all personalised, we are not able to cancel an order after once engraving has commenced.
